As part of our YouthActionNet® Global Network, Costa Rica celebrates and fosters social innovation.
Young change-makers in Costa Rica have strengthened and expanded their social ventures with support from a YouthActionNet national institute. Premio Yo Creo, an award based at Universidad Latina, empowered these leaders with connections to a community of like-minded social entrepreneurs. The university, a member of the Laureated International Universities network, has also hosted a series of events throughout the country in support of innovation.
