Through our partners on the ground, we provided small grants, training, consultation, and other support services to Czech volunteer groups across the country from 2002 to 2011. As a result, we saw increased volunteerism and improved life skills among youth. In addition, community stakeholders and young people grew to cooperate more closely, and thanks to capacity building local partners were better prepared to recruit and support young volunteers.
