Of the young Ecuadorians we served together with our local partner, most had either dropped out of school or belonged to a minority ethnic group. In addition to the entra21 graduates who secured jobs and internships, more than half of participants opted to re-enroll in school. The work also garnered national attention and systems change: the government adapted the model for broader replication across the country.
