To achieve these results, we assembled multi-sector alliances and helped local partners build organizational capacity and strengthen their services. Thanks to more than a decade working in the country, we’ve seen partners such as Nahdet El Mahrousa grow over the course of IYF countrywide initiative Egypt@Work and our regional Education & Employment Alliance. By training under these partners, young Egyptians have gained in-demand technical, vocational, and entrepreneurship skills and, through our Passport to Success® curriculum, job-winning life skills. Egypt is one of 30 countries examined in the IYF-CSIS joint Global Youth Wellbeing Index.
