Working in the country for more than a decade, we crafted holistic initiatives that addressed young people’s healthy choices, personal development, employment, and entrepreneurship. With this broad approach, we’ve aimed to offer long-lasting solutions for the challenges facing disadvantaged youth. Most recently, the Young Entrepreneurs initiative empowered young people like Maya with small business training, Goal focused on employability for young women, and EquipYouth connected youth with technical and life skills plus English language classes. We piloted our Passport to Success® curriculum here a decade ago and continue to use its lessons to instill life skills like confidence and time management.
