Informed by on-the-ground partnerships, programmatic experience, and research such as our Youth Wellbeing Index, we equipped young Kenyan men and women with the skills and training to enter growth sectors such as information and communications technology (ICT). Understanding the particular importance of self-employment in Sub-Saharan Africa, we’ve also supported young entrepreneurs with business planning and access to finance. Included in the Youth Wellbeing Index, Kenya is also home to young leaders who are former YouthActionNet® Laureate Global Fellows.
