Through our global EquipYouth initiative, in partnership with the Caterpillar Foundation, we connected young people here with the training to start their own businesses. To increase their employability prospects, participants also benefited from life and technical skills training developed to complement the current job market. The life skills component drew from our world-class Passport to Success® curriculum. Employee engagement from the Caterpillar Foundation enriched the experience for EquipYouth participants in Singapore, who enjoyed lectures and studied the Caterpillar business model.
