Goal

As part of our commitment to young women and leaders globally, we’ve partnered with Standard Chartered in India in support of their Goal program. In Delhi, we’re preparing the young women identified as Goal Champions to successfully enter the workplace. Drawing on our Passport to Success® curriculum, we’re equipping this select group of young leaders with the life skills, such as teamwork and self-confidence, to obtain jobs and begin careers. In complement, participants also follow our partner Youthreach’s workplace English curriculum. The Goal Champions also receive internship and job placement support and mentors.
