In support of the “Temporary Social Safety Net and Skills for Youth” IDB-funded initiative in Haiti, IYF will provide capacity strengthening services to the Government of Haiti (FAES) and selected local operators. The first contract will equip selected operators and training providers to deliver IYFs signature Passport to Success® (PTS) life skills program by delivering training, coaching, certification and technical guidance. The second contract will adapt IYF’s Quality Assurance System (QAS) for youth employment to align with the realities of the Haitian context.
