Youth Lead is an Irish Aid-funded project that seeks to identify, promote, and scale meaningful youth engagement approaches and livelihood models in Tanzania. Its objectives are threefold: to identify promising models and approaches through a youth-led research and co-design process; to facilitate strategic linkages and exchange opportunities between Irish and Tanzanian entities committed to youth development; and to scale up an existing, tested youth employability program, Via:Pathways to Work, through the addition of a new technical and vocational education and training (TVET) partner.
