This document outlines the International Youth Foundation's policy on gender equity and social inclusion, which includes how the organization works with young people, staff, local partners, funders, and vendors to advance these needs. IYF's GESI policy links to and reinforces our child protection, anti-harassment, and anti-discrimination policies, each of which can be found in IYF's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
