At IYF, we are deeply committed to addressing mental health concerns among young people. For years, we have been building programs designed to support the well-being of youth across the globe. We invite you to explore our resources, hear powerful stories, and engage in conversations that promote mental well-being for all.

Our Mental Health Initiatives Include:

Empowering Youth Through Mental Health Support
IYF has long been at the forefront of youth mental health advocacy. Through our flagship Passport to Success (PTS) curriculum, both in-person and online, young people learn crucial life skills, including mental health management. Passport to Success Explorer (PTSE), an online module funded by McDonald’s as part of the Youth Opportunity initiative, equips participants with lessons on self-care, balance, and healthy self-reflection.

Our award-winning SOAR leadership curriculum further addresses mental health by teaching young people how to take care of themselves emotionally, spiritually, professionally, and socially. These resources not only benefit youth but also educate adults—teachers, mentors, and employers—about trauma and the unique mental health needs of young people.

Watch Our Latest Video
We’ve gathered insights from young voices about their mental health experiences and the support they need. In this powerful video, young voices come together to share their insights and experiences surrounding mental health. They highlight the challenges they face, the importance of mental well-being, and the need for greater understanding and support. Their stories inspire us to take action and advocate for mental health initiatives that empower youth everywhere.
