A highly seasoned and skilled Learning and Development Professional, Anusha Naicker’s skills development expertise encompasses Business, Private, and Public-sector exposure. Her Learning and Development credentials are enhanced by her broad experience in social development projects and programmes and wide-ranging training delivery in the TVET colleges countrywide. Anusha has participated in numerous forums to provide training advice and assistance to previously disadvantaged individuals, including implementing and launching various highly successful learnership programmes via several SETA’s. Her Private and Public-sector experience includes her exposure as a Learning Professional at organisations such as Nedcor Bank Limited, First Rand Banking Group Limited, Standard Bank Corporate and Investment Banking and the South African Broadcasting Corporation. Her passion for enabling performance via enhancing ones’ skills and knowledge is exemplary and she has the unique ability ensure that the upskilling of individuals is directly linked to optimal performance and an organisations overall success. Anusha joined IYF in January 2016 and currently holds the position of Country Director for IYF SA.
