Arturo is IYF’s Measurement, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer for Mexico’s project portfolio. He holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the Jesuit University of Guadalajara (ITESO), and has pursued graduate studies in applied statistics and econometrics. As an early career professional, Arturo feels motivated by a deep interest in economic development and by the goal of further strengthening the empirical support of IYF’s youth advocacy programs. In the past, he has collaborated in research and evaluation initiatives at organizations like ITESO, the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA), MIT D-Lab, as well as the state government of Jalisco.
