Ayo Abraham joined IYF as Financial Controller in 2024. Ayo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He comes with over thirty years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, having spent the last fifteen years in strategic financial leadership, including experience with leadership and management of organizations with an average of $460 million in annual revenue. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science degree in taxation. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. With demonstrated success in the design, development and implementation of global accounting and financial systems, Ayo previously worked as managing partner at a local public accounting firm in the United States, as senior finance consultant at the World Bank Group, and at several global and local Not-for Profit organizations. Ayo served on two committees of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is the current Board Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for Global Rights Inc., a foremost global human rights organization. He is a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and also serves as Board Chair for Watchman on the Walls Intercessory Ministry. He is an avid tennis player and loves swimming and music.
