Belay joined IYF’s Ethiopia office in October 2024 as the Finance and Administration Officer. With over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, and office administration, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He has held key financial management and operational oversight roles with several prominent international NGOs, including GIZ-CLM, Samaritan's Purse, International Medical Corps, and World Vision. Belay holds a Master of Business Administration from Sodo University.
