Bianca joined IYF in 2021 as a Finance and Administration Coordinator for the Mexico Country Office. She brings experience and knowledge in project management, budgeting and administration of public spending, and bidding processes. Prior to joining IYF, Bianca worked as a Program Coordinator at the National Electoral Institute, providing support to the state of Guerrero to carry out the Preliminary Results Electoral Program (PREP) in the mid-term federal elections held in México on June 6th, 2021. Additionally, she worked at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in the Public Affairs and Communications Directorate, providing logistical and administrative support to carry out workshops, missions and maintain a good communication channel with diverse public and private actors. She had the opportunity to demonstrate her capacity for leadership, problem solving and efficient communication and analytical skills. Born and raised in México City, she graduated from National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in 2019 and holds a degree in International Business. To improve her German language skills, she participated in an intercultural exchange program granted by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) at Freiburg University. Bianca enjoys taking part of multicultural teams and has a commitment and passion to contribute to solve social issues.
