Carolina Moreno joined IYF as a Program Coordinator for the Colombia Office in 2020. She has a double major in European Studies and International Relations from the Université Paris Nanterre and the IRI—Universidad de Sao Paulo, Brazil, as well as a degree in Modern Languages from the Universidad EAN, Bogota Colombia with a specialization in Business translation.

Before joining IYF, Carolina worked with the Brazilian NGO MISSÃO PAZ supporting their "Eixo de Trabalho" project. The project supported migrants from Haiti, Venezuela, Senegal, and elsewhere. Carolina provided administrative assistance to the project by doing writing reports, updating databases, drafting materials, conducting follow-up on immigration cases, and providing social integration orientation to migrants.
