Catalina Ordonez joined IYF as a Program Coordinator in 2023. She is passionate about social work and impact-driven organizations and holds a major in Psychology from Colombia's Universidad de los Andes, along with two minors in International Studies and Italian Language from the same institution. With her background and focus on social work, Catalina is a versatile communicator with a talent for connecting with diverse audiences. Her professional experience at iNNpulsa Colombia, the national agency to promote entrepreneurship and innovation, allowed her to strengthen her research and writing skills. Her work involved analyzing and visualizing data, supporting program evaluation and monitoring, and publishing reports on specific topics related to entrepreneurship.
