Donzel Leggett is an accomplished supply chain and operations executive with nearly 30 years of experience driving business growth for Fortune 500 consumer products companies. He is currently Vice President, International Supply Chain at General Mills, Inc. a large multi-national consumer foods company with over $18B in sales.

Donzel founded the Anti-Racism Commitment Coalition and serves as President and Board Chair. He is also a member of the Football Leadership Council, the Athletics Advisory Board, and the Intelligent Manufacturing Advisory Board all at Purdue University. He is a board member at Launch Ministries in Chaska, MN and Board Chair of Twin Cities Rise, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN. Donzel was also selected to the TCB 100, which is the Twin Cities Business list of the top 100 people to know in 2022.

Donzel holds both Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Industrial Technology from Purdue University where he was an Academic All-America and three-time Academic All-Big Ten football player. Additionally, he earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Donzel also holds an Equity and Diversity Certificate of Completion through the Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) at the University of Minnesota and is NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified™.
