Gail is the Manager of Digital Products and Curricula, US Workforce Development at IYF. In this role, she supports the provision of in-person and digital training for the Youth Opportunities Program; supports the design, development, delivery and evaluation of curricula and digital tools; supports partners with IYF’s Learning Management System; and collaborates with colleagues to integrate IYF’s wealth of knowledge in curriculum development, digital development, youth agency, youth engagement, DEI, evaluation, and implementation in Youth Opportunity training offerings. Gail is a career human services professional with over 20 years in learning and development and a passion for supporting youth and other under-resourced populations to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. Gail’s past experience includes serving as Training Director and Strengthening Families Coordinator for a statewide non-profit organization; managing a program for young parents; working on behalf of adults with developmental disabilities; and providing counseling to youth and their families. Gail holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.
