Katie Raymond

Katie joined IYF in 2011 to manage youth workforce development programs in Egypt and Palestine. She now leads IYF's Life Skills programming. During her years at IYF, Katie has worked on education, workforce development, small business growth, and system change to increase economic mobility and access to opportunity. Katie has experience in labor market research, curriculum alignment, job placement, partnership mapping and development, project management, training, and capacity strengthening. She has worked on youth leadership and economic development in Central America, Central Asia, the Middle East, North America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining IYF, Katie lived in Egypt, while managing an anti-human trafficking program for IREX. Katie earned a B.A. in Anthropology and Political Science from Indiana University and an M.A. in International Development Studies from the George Washington University.
