Laiana joined IYF in 2024 as a Program Coordinator in Positive Youth Engagement Program within universities component. With six years of diverse experience with international NGOs, Laiana brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her background includes working on Non-Formal Education with DVV International, where she contributed to lifelong learning projects, curriculum development, and capacity-building trainings.

Laiana has successfully led innovative initiatives in Palestine and Germany, including the notable Hal Tafhamni (Do You Understand Me) project, which supported individuals with special needs, specifically the deaf community. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature, a Diploma in German Language, and a Project Management Professional Certificate from The Project Management Institute.
