María Paula is a professional in Government and International Relations and has a postgraduate degree in International Cooperation and Project Management for Development, both degrees from the Externado de Colombia University.

 Before working at IYF, María Paula worked in the Unit of the Public Employment Service, where she supported the execution of labor inclusion strategies for migrants from Venezuela and young people. She was in charge of the relationship with actors, the preparation of reports, the follow-up on the fulfillment of actions, as well as supporting the migration of national workers to countries such as Germany and Canada.
