Masa joined IYF in 2024 as a Program Specialist, bringing with her sixteen years of senior experience in women and youth empowerment projects with both international and local NGOs. Her extensive expertise encompasses project management, coordination, and communications across a range of roles.

In her most recent positions as Program Manager, Public Relations Manager, and Program Specialist, Masa demonstrated her proficiency in program management, business process optimization, and partnership development, along with various technical and executive responsibilities. Her adaptability and dedication have earned her a reputation for excelling in diverse roles and delivering impactful results.

Masa holds a BA in English Literature and a Diploma in French Language from Al Najah University in Nablus, Palestine.
