Manager of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships

Mish is experienced in end-to-end proposal development and management of a $144 million pipeline for global development programming, including positive youth development (PYD) projects and youth-led pilots. In her former role as a Development Officer at IREX, she worked with the Executive Vice President on organizational strategy and development, strategic partnerships, and revenue diversification, including coordinating a corporate and foundation pipeline of $15 million. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia, where she first encountered PYD during her time as both a Mentor and Facilitator for the Young Women Leaders Program. While born and raised in Mongolia, she currently resides in Washington D.C., where she enjoys cycling, frequenting public libraries, and building community.
