Pamela is IYF’s Country Director, Zimbabwe, and Deputy Chief-of-Party for the PEPFAR-funded, USAID-led, Orphans and Vulnerable Children Pathways program. Until recently, she was also responsible for leading IYF’s Zimbabwe:Works, a USD $12.5M economic empowerment project funded by USAID, DFID, and the Embassy of Sweden, a position in which she oversaw and steered future programmatic and partnership opportunities in Zimbabwe. Pamela has over 20 years of leadership experience, including the implementation of Zimbabwean economic development initiatives in entrepreneurship and employability programming, retail and manufacturing administration, and finance and accounting oversight within large local and international private and development organizations. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburg Business School, a BCOMPT degree from the University of South Africa, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant under the ACCA.
