  • En Trayecto (2020-present)

    The state of Chihuahua, notable for its GDP growth and one of the highest rates of formal employment in Mexico, still presents a challenging employment landscape for marginalized youth.

    We joined forces with the PepsiCo Foundation to connect more young people in Mexico with the training to find jobs in the most dynamic sectors.

  • Young Entrepreneurs (2012–2014)

    Knowing there aren’t nearly enough formal jobs for the young people entering the labor market in India, we’ve worked to help youth create their own opportunities.

  • Youth:Work Mexico (2010–2014)

    Together with USAID, in 2010 we launched a four-year program called Youth:Work Mexico  to address challenges youth face in Ciudad Juarez and Tijuana, some of the country’s most violent and crime-ridden communities.

    In 2008, in partnership with USAID, IYF launched the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) to provide young people with positive youth development opportunities across the region.
