In partnership with DFID, USAID, and the Embassy of Sweden, the Zimbabwe:Works initiative reached nearly 29,000 youth with entrepreneurship, work readiness, and life skills training. Of that group, 61 percent were women.

After finishing high school in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Caroline couldn’t find a job. Through Rede Cidadã, a national civil society organization, she gained critical life skills, work experience, and renewed hope for the future.
