Funded by USAID and implemented in part by IYF on behalf of the International Organization for Migration, Favorable Opportunities to Reinforce Self-Advancement for Today’s Youth (FORSATY) worked to improve professional and educational outcomes for marginalized youth in the northern cities of Tetouan and Tangier. Passport to Success® life skills programming supported positive youth employment outcomes. IYF also used knowledge gained through the Itqane initiative to improve student retention rates in school. In its second phase, FORSATY provided an entrepreneurship skills development curriculum to qualified trainers to increase the impact on young people in the region. Over four years, interventions reached over 12,000 young Moroccans, increasing their confidence, community engagement, and professional skills.
