I used to drive at least an hour and a half each way in Beltway traffic for work. Being able to telecommute regularly has made a huge difference in my quality of life.

I’ve worked at IYF for almost 20 years, with opportunities to learn and grow. I’ve built my skills in ways I know will benefit me for the rest of my career. Of the many reasons I’ve chosen to stay here, the main one is the people. IYF is a team: we support one another, provide necessary feedback, work hard together, and have fun together.

This is my second job after college, and I’ve used my professional development funds every year to attend conferences and workshops to learn, feel more confident, and grow in my position.

IYF’s parental leave policy allowed me to spend quality time at home with my baby without having to rush back to work.
