Make Effective Workforce Investments
We work with funders like the McDonald’s Corporation, Fedex, and Salesforce to connect youth to economic opportunity.

Investing in workforce development.
Corporations partner with IYF to build strong, trusted relationships with the communities where they operate, while investing in the development of a skilled local workforce. IYF helps companies move beyond one-time philanthropy to create lasting community partnerships and measurable workforce outcomes that benefit both young people and the business.

Building Community Connections
IYF and Fedex partnered to create Jóvenes con Entrega, a program embedded in vocational schools in Mexico. Jóvenes con Entrega engages students, Fedex employees, and the school system to embed new logistics curricula, life skills training, and pathways to employment, creating opportunities for youth to gain in-demand skills and helping build a prepared workforce in a growing market.

Creating Youth Opportunity
The McDonalds Corporation invested in the Youth Opportunity initiative to super-charge locally relevant opportunities—from Google IT training in Colombia and career guidance in El Salvador to Digital Tourism in Panama and teacher-led workforce pathways in Mexico. IYF’s local, youth-centered expertise maximizes the impact of corporate investment.
