Jóvenes con Entrega
Connecting youth with in-demand job skills embedded directly into their local school systems.

Program Description
In 2018, FedEx and IYF launched Jóvenes con Entrega to expand job opportunities for young people in Latin America. The Jóvenes con Entrega program embeds logistics curricula directly into public vocational schools, ensuring that students have access to skills development that maps to real job opportunities in their communities. This partnership engages FedEx specialists in program design, student mentorship, and internship management, creating realistic job skills training for youth and pathways to career development.
Students also complete IYF’s Passport to Success® (PTS) life skills curriculum, developing communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution skills that set them up to succeed in the workplace.
This approach to working within school systems builds strong partnerships between employers and vocational institutions, strengthening the education system’s capacity to serve students with relevant job skills training.
Change in Action
More than 34,000 young people have graduated from the program—with related efforts reaching 50,000 youth across Latin America and the Caribbean—to reshape access to quality employment and diversify the future talent pipeline.
“I’m incredibly proud of the Jóvenes con Entrega program and the tangible difference it is making in the lives of young people and the logistics sector. Our collaboration with IYF has not only helped bridge the skills gap but also provided invaluable opportunities for youth to enter high-potential careers. It’s inspiring to see how our employees’ engagement and expertise are shaping a more inclusive, future-ready workforce.”
