We also integrate crucial life skills, career guidance, and workforce readiness training into classroom instruction, creating lasting impact that extends beyond a single class or program and increases workforce preparedness of future students.
Passport to Success
In Guadalajara, Mexico, we integrated life-skills and career guidance curricula into more than 50 schools through the Passport to Success program, helping ensure students continue to benefit from workforce-relevant skills long after program completion.

In Mozambique & Tanzania, we integrated life skills, career guidance and workforce readiness into public training systems, creating sustainable pathways for young people to build the skills employers value through a 5 year partnership with Mastercard Foundation
