Delivering In-Demand Technical Skills Development
Learn how we partner with employers and communities to identify labor market gaps—and solve them.

IYF turns labor market signals into learnings young people can use.
We identify where jobs are growing, where wages support mobility, and where employers need talent. Then we work with industry and education partners to build practical, market-aligned workforce readiness curricula in sectors like logistics, advanced manufacturing, AI, clean energy, hospitality, IT, and electromobility.

Green Generation Energy Efficiency Courses
IYF developed three courses for the Green Generation program, focused on developing technical and workforce-aligned skills in energy efficiency (especially in manufacturing systems), electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, and data science and analytics for industry. The EV curriculum is based on the world’s first competency model for manufacturing EVs which IYF developed and jointly launched with the National Auto Parts Industry Association.

Fedex Logistics Skills Training
Together with FedEx, we developed a 270-hour curriculum covering supply chain operations, inventory management, quality standards, workplace safety, and emerging industry practices. The curriculum incorporates logistics simulations, real-world operational scenarios, hands-on problem solving, and employer-led learning activities that expose students to the systems, processes, and decision-making environments found across the supply chain industry.
