Center Youth Perspectives

Youth chatting in a classrom

Youth-centered design practices create lasting impact.

IYF engages young people as co-creators of programs, campaigns, and solutions, building leadership, agency, and problem-solving skills while making sure every initiative reflects youth realities.

UP for Change

IYF partnered with youth to design the UP for Change Leadership Program, which in turn empowers youth participants to make decisions to make grants from a $600,000 fund to support more accessible, equitable educational environments. In UP for Change, youth are leaders, decision-makers, and grant-makers—centering the needs of youth from start to finish.

Burberry Inspire Program

Burberry Inspire provides global youth with opportunities to explore their creative skills from the arts to STEM. This program centers youth voices, equipping young people to express themselves and drive change in their communities.
