Reach Youth at Scale

Students in classroom with models

IYF leverages digital learning and outreach to connect young people with the skills, guidance, and opportunities they need.

Through mobile-friendly models and interactive content, we engage youth on the device that’s already in their pockets. This approach pairs self-paced learning with cohort-based mentoring, helping young people build skills, explore career pathways, and navigate education and employment opportunities.

These programs are designed to not only increase digital skills, but also improve career awareness so young people can discover occupational pathways that they may not have been aware of. By using digital tools, and combining flexible learning with personalized guidance, we create scalable solutions that empower young people to take the next step toward their future.

We partnered with Google to provide cohort-based online training that prepares young people for promising careers in the ICT industry. The training combined Google IT certificates with socio-emotional skills development, job-readiness training, peer mentorship, and collaborative learning experiences.
