Unlocking the Potential of Asian Youth

Unlocking the Potential of Asian Youth_Image

This initiative sought to address the problems of access to quality education and the need for market-relevant skills in three countries. With an overall emphasis on life skills, education, and career preparation, Unlocking the Potential of Asian Youth empowered youth ages 14 to 20 at the margins of society. In Thailand, youth at risk received vocational skills and entrepreneurship training plus seed capital for startups. In fives cities in China, disadvantaged youth benefitted from educational scholarships. Youth in homeless/runaway shelters in and around Seoul, South Korea, were trained in life skills and counseled about work opportunities.  Supported by the Tiger Woods Foundation, the initiative adapted our one-of-a-kind Passport to Success® life skills curriculum to fit local needs and culture.
