This program brochure presents the nature and work of the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP). The International Youth Foundation (IYF) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) launched CYEP in 2008 to improve the job prospects of under-served young people in Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Jamaica, and Saint Lucia.
