Connecting Employment Training with Labor Market Demand and Opportunities

This toolkit offers a series of guidelines and tools for institutions who want to better understand current labor markets and employer demands in order to align training with existing and emerging opportunities. The International Youth Foundation (IYF) developed the toolkit as part of the New Employment Opportunities (NEO) initiative to help guide practitioners in Latin America and the Caribbean.
