Entra21 Notes: Adapting a Successful Model to Meet Growing Demands


This study presents findings from the entra21 program. It describes how COSPAE, the International Youth Foundation’s partner in Panama, adjusted its businesses model to sustain and grow program operations. COSPAE was created to enhance the quality of education and job training among Panamanian youth and professionals, and partnerships with public, private, and NGO sectors were key to the project’s success. The study is available in English and Spanish.
