This fact sheet provides a brief description of the Conectadas program. This initiative was designed to provide technical, life, and job-readiness skills training, mentorship, and wraparound support to equip 750 young women with highly relevant industry skills and the information and confidence they need to embrace and persevere in ICT career pathways.
