FieldNotes: Promoting Youth-Adult Collaborations

This issue of FieldNotes focuses on the importance of of youth-adult collaboration for the way it builds young people’s life skills and helps build valuable social capital. This issue discusses examples of successful collaborations, including a mentoring initiative involving Nokia employees and participants in the Conéctate (Make a Connection) youth employment training program in Chile and a partnership between the news media and youth in the Netherlands.
