The Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) was a five-year, US$5 million initiative in Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Grenada, and St Lucia. Launched in partnership with USAID, CYEP offered vulnerable youth ages 17 to 25 a second chance to gain the life skills and technical knowledge they needed to enter the job market or start their own micro-enterprise.
