A Grassroots Mechanism for Helping Improve Relevance of Education & Training of Out-of-School Children & Youth

This report presents findings from the Education Quality and Access for Learning and Livelihood Skills Phase 2 (EQuALLS2) program. It discusses the the Community Learning Center Management Committee (CLCMC) and examines its structure, management style, and approach. In addition, the report highlights CLCMC contributions; feedback from implementing partners;  impact on learners; challenges and the measures undertaken to mitigate them; and overall sustainability plan.
