Guide for the Effective Incorporation of Social-Emotional Competencies in Employability Programs for Disadvantaged Youth

This publication offers a series of guidelines and tools for institutions to identify and evaluate life skills as well as the requirements necessary to integrate such training into their operations. The International Youth Foundation (IYF) developed the toolkit as part of the New Employment Opportunities (NEO) initiative to help guide practitioners in Latin America and the Caribbean. The guide is available in Spanish and English.
