Guide for Providing Integrated Career Guidance Services for Disadvantaged Youth

This toolkit offers a series of guidelines and tools for institutions that want to offer career guidance services to disadvantaged youth for the first time and for those who have been offering career guidance and want to improve the quality of their services. The International Youth Foundation (IYF) developed the toolkit as part of the New Employment Opportunities (NEO) program to help guide practitioners in Latin America and the Caribbean. The guide is available in Spanish and English.
