Improving Youth Employability Outcomes: The Role of Parents

This report presents findings from a 2012 study of parent engagement efforts in Jordan under the Youth for the Future (Y4F) program. It describes how Y4F’s Parent Engagement Toolkit and its training model were effective in bridging the gap between parents and youth, particularly in terms of enhancing communication and supporting young people’s planning for the future.
