Introduction to Employability and Employment Programming: Trainer’s Guide

This Trainer’s Guide provides community-based organizations and their staff with the fundamental knowledge and tools they need to design and implement effective employability and employment programming for young people. This resource includes a Trainer’s Guide, or step-by-step manual to facilitate a training workshop, as well as a Workshop Handouts Packet and PowerPoint. These materials were developed through IYF’s Syrian Refugee Employability Program (SREP)and is a secondary resource to the Youth Refugee Employability Toolkit, also developed under SREP.
