Opportunity for Action: Emerging Trends & Next Steps (2013)

This report presents updates to the original edition of Opportunity for Action, which IYF published in 2012. Commissioned by Microsoft, the update describes encouraging progress made since 2012 as well as emerging global trends. These include the realization of a need for more second-chance programs; renewed interest in youth entrepreneurship initiatives; and growing demand for ICT skills training. The report includes recommended next steps for action.
